Refund policy

We’re certain you’ll fall in love with your singing bowl, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the moment you receive it to return it for free. Both the instrument and its accessories must be returned in perfect condition, along with the original packaging.

We’ll refund the full purchase amount and cover the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once the return is received and may take up to 7 days.

The return process is simple: contact us, print the shipping label we provide, and drop the box off at your nearest courier’s office (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
